Triple Delicious Hot Chocolate

Yield: Makes 6 servings



Ingredients:



3cups milk, divided

1/4cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4teaspoon salt

1/3cup sugar

3/4teaspoon vanilla

1cup whipping cream

1square (1 ounce) white chocolate

1square (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate

3/4cup whipped cream

3teaspoons mini chocolate chips or shaved bittersweet chocolate









Preparation:





1.Combine 1/2 cup milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in medium bowl; beat until smooth. Pour into slow cooker. Add remaining 2-1/2 cups milk and vanilla. Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours.2.Add cream. Cover and cook on LOW 10 minutes. Stir in white and bittersweet chocolates until melted.3.Pour hot chocolate into 6 coffee cups. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1/2 teaspoon chocolate chips.
