<chemical> 2-methyl-3-(3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecenyl)-1,4-naphthalenedione. A fat-soluble vitamin occurring naturally as the trans-isomer. It is used in the treatment of prothrombinaemias.

Pharmacological action: antifibrinolytic agent.
