Preparation:





1.Place steaks in shallow glass container. Combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Pour oil mixture over steaks; turn to coat well. Cover; refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes.2.Prepare grill for direct Cooking.3.Place steaks on grid. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat 14 minutes for medium, 20 minutes for well or according to desired doneness, turning halfway through grilling time.
