Creamy Mint Filling (recipes)






Ingredients:



2tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1-1/2cups powdered sugar

3to 4 tablespoons light cream or half-and-half

1/4teaspoon peppermint extract

Few drops green Food coloring









Preparation:





1.Cream butter, powdered sugar and cream in small bowl until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract and Food coloring; blend well.
