BIPARTITE. Of two parts. This term is used in conveyancing as, this indenture bipartite, between A, of the one part, and B, of the Other part. indenture bipartite, between A, of the one part, and B, of the Other part. But when there are only two parties, it is not necessary to use this word. But when there are only two parties, it is not necessary to use this word.
