INTERESSE TERMINI, estates. An interest in the term. The demise of a term in land does not vest any estate in the lessee, but gives him a mere right of land does not vest any estate in the lessee, but gives him a mere right of entry on the land, which right is called his interest in the term, or entry on the land, which right is called his interest in the term, or interesse termini.
