JOINDER IN DEMURRER (law)


JOINDER IN DEMURRER. When a demurrer is offered by one party, the adverse party joins with him in demurrer, and the answer which he makes is called a party joins with him in demurrer, and the answer which he makes is called a joinder in demurrer.
