RELICTA VFRIFICATIONE. When a judgment is confessed by cognovit actionem after plea pleaded, and then the plea is withdrawn, it is called a after plea pleaded, and then the plea is withdrawn, it is called a confession or cognovit actionem relicta verificatione.
