Sexual Assault (law)




These are crimes that qualify for a Sexual Assault Protective Order. You may be able to get a protective order if someone commits a crime involving a sexual act against you without your consent, or does a sexual act with a minor. The list of crimes that qualify are found at AS 11.41.410 - .450.
