VERAY TENANT, or TRUE TENANT, Eng (law)


VERAY TENANT, or TRUE TENANT, Eng. law. One who holds a fee simple; in pleadings, he is called simply tenant. He differs from a tenant by the pleadings, he is called simply tenant.
