<syndrome> Pain running down the arm, numbness, paresthesias, and erythema, with weakness of the hands; due to abduction of the arm for a prolonged period (e.g., during sleep or necessitated by occupation) which stretches the axillary vessels and the nerves of the brachial plexus.

Synonym: subcoracoid-pectoralis minor tendon syndrome, Wright's syndrome.
