Tracy' s Pizza-Pan Cookies

Yield: Makes two 12-inch cookies

Cream cheese adds flavor and a chewy texture to these pizza-sized cookies.





Ingredients:



1cup butter, softened

3/4cup granulated sugar

3/4cup packed brown sugar

1package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1teaspoon vanilla

2eggs

2-1/4cups all-purpose flour

1teaspoon Baking soda

1/4teaspoon salt

1package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1cup chopped walnuts or pecans









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease two 12-inch pizza pans.2.Beat butter, sugars, cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs; beat until well blended. Combine flour, Baking soda and salt in small bowl. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide dough in half; press each half evenly into prepared pans.3.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool completely in pans on wire racks. To serve, cut into slim wedges or break into pieces.
