Cream Cheese Icing (recipes)




Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 cups icing



Ingredients:



1package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2cup butter or margarine, softened

1teaspoon vanilla

4cups powdered sugar









Preparation:





1.Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth, scraping down side of bowl occasionally. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat at low speed until well blended, scraping down side of bowl occasionally.
