<drug> Neuroleptic aliphatic phenothiazine, thought to act primarily as dopamine antagonist, but also antagonist at _ adrenergic, H1 histamine, muscarinic and serotonin receptors. Used clinically as an antiemetic. Has been shown to alter fibroblast behaviour.
