<chemical> A slowly hydrolyzed muscarinic agonist. It is used as a parasympathomimetic bronchoconstrictor agent and as a diagnostic aid for bronchial asthma. It has also been used in the treatment of glaucoma and in the treatment of raynaud's syndrome and Other vasospastic conditions.
