<chemical> 1,1-[(methylethanediylidene)dinitrilo]diguanidine. Antineoplastic agent effective against myelogenous leukaemia in experimental animals. Also acts as an inhibitor of animal s-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase.

Pharmacological action: antineoplastic agent, enzyme inhibitors.
