24 Hour Potato Salad (recipes)


Ingredients

1 medium head of cabbage - shredded

6 small potatoes - boiled and thinly sliced

6 boiled eggs - thinly sliced

1 onion - sliced in rings

1 bell pepper sliced in rings

mayonnaise (a lot)

salt and pepper



Directions

Place layer of shredded cabbage in a round salad bowl. Then place a layer of potatoes, followed by sliced eggs, onion and Bell pepper cut in rings. Repeat layers. Between each layer add mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
