Ingredients



6 Italian-style sausages (these are available in most supermarkets or good delis. If you can' t find any, use good-quality pork sausages)800g/1 lb 12 oz kipfler potatoes (or any small, waxy potatoes), scrubbed and sliced1½ tsp paprika1 rosemary stalk, leaves left attached4 garlic cloves, unpeeledsea saltfreshly ground black pepper2 slices ciabatta bread50ml/1¾fl oz extra virgin olive oilhandful of flatleaf parsley, choppedfresh green salad, to serve



Method



1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.2. Slice the sausages into 4cm/1.5in pieces and place in a large roasting pan. Add the potatoes, paprika, rosemary stalk, whole garlic cloves, sea salt and pepper.3. Tear the ciabatta into bite-size pieces and add to the roasting tray. Drizzle over the oil and gently toss to combine.4. Place in the oven and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the sausages and bread are golden brown. 5. Top with flatleaf parsley and serve with a green salad.
