Caramel Frosting (recipes)






Ingredients:



2tablespoons butter

2/3cup packed brown sugar

1/3cup evaporated milk

1/8teaspoon salt

1teaspoon vanilla

2-1/2cups powdered sugar









Preparation:





1.Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool. Stir in vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency.
