Ingredients



1 tbsp oil3 rashers vegetarian bacon, chopped2 spring onions, chopped150ml/5fl oz double cream1 free-range egg yolk30g/1oz Brie, chopped 150g/5oz fresh tagliatelle, cooked according to packet instructions and drainedsalt and freshly ground black pepper



Method



1. Preheat the grill to medium.2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the vegetarian bacon and spring onions and fry for a few minutes until golden-brown.3. Remove from the heat and stir in the double cream, egg yolk, Brie and cooked pasta. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper and spoon into an ovenproof dish.4. Place under the grill for a few minutes until golden-brown and serve immediately.
