Raw vegetables, thinly sliced or grated, served as a starter or, with a dip, as a snack. Crudités might include any fresh, seasonal vegetables such as carrots, celeriac, cucumber, sweet peppers, red cabbage, celery, fennel, tomatoes, mushrooms and radishes.Vinaigrette, garlic or egg mayonnaise, tapenade or hummus are just some suggestions of what you can serve with crudités for dipping and drizzling over the top.
