Ingredients:



1medium cucumber, coarsely chopped

1/2cup coarsely chopped onion

1/2cup loosely packed cilantro leaves

1clove garlic, minced

1tablespoon diced jalapeño or green chili pepper*

1/2cup seasoned rice vinegar









Preparation:





1.Place cucumber, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño pepper in Food processor container; process 1 minute. Spoon mixture into small bowl; stir in vinegar.
