Easy Citrus Berry Shortcake

Yield: Makes 1 serving



Ingredients:



1individual sponge cake

1tablespoon orange juice

1/4cup lemon chiffon sugar-free fat-free yogurt

1/4cup fat-free nondairy whipped topping

2/3cup sliced strawberries or raspberries

Mint leaves and orange peel (optional)









Preparation:





1.Place sponge cake on serving plate. Drizzle with orange juice.2.Fold together yogurt and whipped topping in small bowl. Spoon half of mixture onto cake. Top with berries and remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
