Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2tablespoons reduced-fat margarine
1teaspoon grated orange peel
1/8teaspoon ground cinnamon
2teaspoons sugar substitute*
3/4cup egg substitute
3tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
1teaspoon vanilla
4slices cinnamon raisin bread
Preparation:
1.Combine margarine, orange peel, cinnamon and sugar substitute in small bowl; stir until well blended.2.Combine egg, milk and vanilla in 13x9-inch baking pan. Using a fork, beat until well blended. Add bread slices; turn to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.3.Heat medium nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Liberally coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add bread slices. (Discard remaining egg mixture.) Cook 3 minutes. Turn; cook 3 minutes more or until golden brown.4.Serve with margarine mixture.
