Ingredients:



3medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

2tablespoons chopped onion

1small jalapeño pepper,* seeded and minced

1tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1tablespoon lime juice

1/4teaspoon salt

1/8teaspoon black pepper
